The Lead Patient Care Assistant (PCA) at Maryhaven is a unique opportunity to join Central Ohio’s largest and most comprehensive behavioral services provider specializing in addiction recovery. We are seeking skilled, talented, and compassionate individuals who can contribute to our mission of providing high-quality care and fostering a culture of dignity.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate all Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) in the program.
• Maintain staff schedules to ensure appropriate shift coverage.
• Become proficient in all PCA tasks to ensure staff are properly trained.
• Participate in on-call duties after hours.
• Facilitate the safety, maintenance, and adherence to rules of the unit.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field, preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• CDCA or equivalent certification, preferred.
