About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking various pastries and breads under the supervision of experienced bakers.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare doughs and batters for pastries and breads
  • Bake pastries and breads to order
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety protocols
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of pastry and bread-making techniques
  • Experience with commercial kitchen equipment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
