About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking various pastries and breads under the supervision of experienced bakers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare doughs and batters for pastries and breads
- Bake pastries and breads to order
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety protocols
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Knowledge of pastry and bread-making techniques
- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
