Lead Pastor of Preaching and Worship

About the role

The Lead Pastor of Preaching and Worship serves as the primary spiritual and strategic leader of Christ Memorial Reformed Church. This role is not as a solo authority, but as a first among equals who holds the vision, shapes the culture, and facilitates the pastoral team that shepherds the congregation and advances its mission.

Responsibilities

- Guide a collaborative Pastoral Leadership and Shepherding Team. - Ensure that every dimension of CMC’s mission is faithfully served. - Hold the vision, shape the culture, and facilitate the pastoral team. - Facilitate the pastoral team that shepherds the congregation and advances its mission.

Requirements

- Strong theological grounding and a passion for preaching and worship. - Experience leading a church or similar organization. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships within a diverse community. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to lead and inspire a team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Theology, Ministry, or related field. - Master's degree preferred. - Ordained minister or equivalent credentials.

Pay
