Responsibilities

• Strongly rooted in the Word and preaches and teaches the same.
• Humble and led by the Holy Spirit with strong spiritual discernment.
• Develops leadership pathways within the church, emphasizing strong biblical families and men.
• Develops discipleship pathways within the congregation to equip them for their work.
• Works collaboratively as a team member on the Elder board and Governing board.
• Accurately accountable for self and others.
• Comfortable working in an Elder-led environment and with the Governing Board and congregation.

Pay
