Key Responsibilities

• Provide prayerful, Holy Spirit directed, humble leadership
• Plead the Word of God during scheduled worship services
• Facilitate discipleship and spiritual growth within the congregation
• Manage and mentor church staff team
• Encourage and promote open, thorough communication
• Support church members through visitation and crisis intervention

Requirements

• Have, or be willing to obtain, a Brethren in Christ pastoral credential
