About the role

You will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks and acting as a role model for employees. Your focus will be on leading processes, executing tasks, and maintaining productivity to meet goals while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Become an expert in the brand’s selling behaviors and role model these with every customer.
• Support the sales leader during non-peak hours, prioritizing the customer.
• Collaborate effectively with employees to ensure timely and efficient completion of work tasks.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Complete work before or after store operating hours, including opening and/or closing checklists.
• Leverage omni-channel tools to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.

Pay

Hourly range: $18.80 – $19.50. Employee pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. We meet or exceed minimum wage requirements based on city, county, and state regulations.
