About the role

In this role, you will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned. You’ll act as a role model to employees, reinforcing selling behaviors and executing tasks in your areas of expertise. Your focus will be on leading processes, maintaining productivity, and ensuring goals are met. Through collaboration with your leadership team, you’ll help drive behaviors that deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Become an expert in the brand’s selling behaviors and role model them with every customer to provide an exceptional experience.
• Support the sales leader during non-peak hours, keeping the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate effectively with employees and ensure work tasks are completed efficiently.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Complete work before or after store operating hours, including opening and/or closing checklists.
• Leverage omni-channel tools to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
