Lead Park Seasonal - Golf Course - Moor Downs

This position supports the maintenance, construction, and repair of golf course facilities while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Team members are valued for their contributions and encouraged to learn and grow in an energetic, collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
- Operates mowers, tractors, and other maintenance vehicles and equipment; utilizes hand and power tools; maintains small equipment such as weed eaters and push mowers.
- Cleans restrooms, outhouses, and picks up litter around the golf course.
- Waters, mows, weed trims, renovates, and fertilizes lawns; prunes trees and shrubs; plants trees, flowers, and shrubs; rakes leaves and cleans facilities.
- Applies herbicides, fungicides, and pesticides safely.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- 8th grade education or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Some recent experience in unskilled or semi-skilled manual labor involving maintenance, construction, or repair of golf course facilities.

- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and the public.
- Ability to manage crowds and work independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to safely operate equipment necessary for the role.
- Ability to accurately count and handle money.
- Ability to withstand exposure to variable and unfavorable weather conditions.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
Pay
$14.15 - $19.70 per hour.
Schedule
Flexible schedules available for both full-time and part-time positions. Weekend work may be required depending on staffing and event schedules.
- Part-time: 5:00am to 9:00am; mix of weekdays and weekends.
- Full-time: 5:00am to 1:30pm; mix of weekdays and weekends.
