Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot high-speed paperboard sheeters
• Maintain tight sheet size tolerances and board quality standards
• Monitor grain direction, caliper consistency, and sheet accuracy
• Drive maximum throughput while maintaining low spoilage rates
• Identify and correct mechanical or quality issues proactively
• Cook with pressroom scheduling to ensure material readiness
• Lead assistants and enforce high performance standards
• Maintain accurate production reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years operating a sheeter in folding carton manufacturing
• Proven ability to run at high speeds with minimal waste
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read job tickets and production schedules independently
• Demonstrated leadership capability
• Track record of maintaining equipment performance and uptime

Compensation

Compensation: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour

Accurate Paper Box is seeking an experienced Sheeter Operator with several years of hands-on sheeter experience in folding carton manufacturing. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate can step in immediately, run at full production speed, minimize waste, and lead the department without extensive training.
