About the role

As a Lead Overnight Casino Cleaning Attendant, you will oversee and be responsible for one or more EVS work crews. You’ll assist in training, scheduling, and updating station assignments, maintain key control, and attend leader shift and department meetings. Your role includes aiding in team evaluations, inspecting and submitting inspections for property lobbies, restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, food/beverage outlets, and all back-of-house areas. Effective communication, delegation, and problem-solving with guests, team members, and managers are essential.

This role requires physical activity, including standing for the duration of your shift, using your hands, crouching, kneeling, and constant movement. You’ll assist with guest needs, clean public areas, and must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage one or more EVS work crews
• Assist in training, scheduling, and updating station assignments for team members
• Maintain key control and attend leader shift and department meetings
• Aid in team evaluations and performance reviews
• Inspect and submit inspections for property lobbies, restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, food/beverage outlets, and all back-of-house areas
• Communicate, delegate tasks, and problem-solve effectively with guests, team members, and managers
• Stand for the duration of your shift and perform physically active tasks (e.g., crouching, kneeling, lifting up to 40 pounds)
• Assist guests and clean public areas of the casino

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum one (1) year of EVS experience
• Verbal and written communication skills (strongly preferred)
• Good customer service skills and fluency in English
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy, confidence, and professionalism (strongly preferred)
