Lead Optician (Licensed – Massachusetts)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs and style preferences.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the boutique's appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting.
• Inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and keeping accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Aid with marketing and promotional activities, sales events, and customer engagement.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and business goals.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed and in good standing with the Board of Opticians.
• Previous experience as an optician and working in the optical industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with office software and point of sale systems.
• A keen eye for detail and passion for fashion and eyewear.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and some holidays.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
