Lead Operator 1
Responsibilities
- Keeps current on all production goals and objectives through in-house training and communication with their respective supervisor.
- Ensures optimum productivity and quality standards are maintained.
- Affirms that needed raw materials are requisitioned properly and in time to maintain productivity goals.
- Works directly with associates and team leadership to establish, maintain, and improve self-inspection procedures for the manufacturing of quality products.
- Assists in instructing associates on how to report production, waste, and material usage according to the latest acceptable methods.
- Responsible to ensure proper safety procedures are followed by all associates assigned to their area.
Minimum Requirement
High School Diploma or GED
