Essential Responsibilities

• Cook up member billing, accounts receivable, payment processing, and financial reporting.
• Administer and support organizational systems, business applications, and user access across multiple platforms.
• Develop operational reports, dashboards, and data insights that support organizational decision-making.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows through technology, automation, and process improvement.
• Provide operational, analytical, and project support across Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree; experience in operations, business systems, and/or technology; or combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and business technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
