Lead OLFM Functional Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior/Lead OLFM Functional Consultant to design, lead the track, and deliver end-to-end solutions for our leasing operations on Oracle E-Business Suite. The role requires deep domain knowledge and OLFM expertise across contract authoring, pricing/streams, billing, investor funding, accounting, and asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OLFM solution design covering Contract Authoring, Pricing/Streams, Billing, Disbursements, Termination, Renewals, Investor Agreements & Pools. (Core OLFM flows)
• Configure Financial Products, stream templates, billing rules, SLA accounting, AR/AP/Assets integration
• Drive workshops, discuss requirements and the business process with the users in depth, and create functional designs
• Lead integration with AR (billing/receipts), AP (funding), GL (SLA → GL), and Oracle Assets
• Oversee testing (SIT/UAT), validate accounting, and support deployment and hyper care
• Guide junior consultants and act as key advisor to Finance and Operations stakeholders

Required Experience

• 7+ years OLFM functional experience, including at least one end-to-end implementation as lead
• Strong understanding of Operating, Direct Finance, Sales-Type Leases, and Loans and related accounting flows
• Hands-on with streams (rent, residual, principal, interest), pricing, vendor programs, prefunding/short-funding, and investor funding models
• Expert knowledge of OLFM integration with AR/AP/GL/FA
• Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Nice to Have Experience

• Experience with securitisation/syndication in OLFM
• Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP lessor accounting
• Exposure to Credit Management, EBTax, OM/Inventory

Required Experience & Skills

• 8–12+ years Oracle EBS
• 5+ years hands-on OLFM with 2+ full-cycle conversions as functional lead
• Proven expertise in contract aging (life-to-date reconstruction) and financial tie-outs (contract → AR → SLA/GL → FA), including aging buckets/delinquency setup
• Strong grasp of Operating vs Finance leases and Loan constructs; deep knowledge of streams (rent, residual, principal, interest), pricing, and termination/renewal impacts on balances
• Excellent documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder communication
• Experience Required: 10 & Above
