Lead Occupational Therapist
About the role
The Occupational Therapist (OT) at CareOne provides and directs resident rehabilitation care, evaluates needs, establishes treatment plans, manages supervision, participates in screening, provides feedback, and documents clinical activities. This role also involves participating in center-directed processes and services, maintaining accurate billing records, and attending in-service training.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates residents' needs and establishes effective treatment plans.
- Screens residents according to directed schedules and practices.
- Provides feedback to the designated supervisor on clinical and rehabilitation issues.
- Participates in center-directed processes and services.
- Maintains complete, accurate, and timely billing records.
- Documents clinical activities as required by center, state, federal, and accrediting agencies.
- May travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current and active Occupational Therapist license within the state of operations.
- Experience and knowledge in older adult rehabilitation preferred.
- Knowledge in governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings preferred.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, a current and active Occupational Therapist license within the state of operations, and relevant experience in older adult rehabilitation and regulatory guidelines.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and proficiency in clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards are essential.

Pay
$36.05 to $40.86 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule.
Schedule
Position available for full-time (22.5+ hours/week) and part-time employees.
