Lead Nortridge Loan System (NLS) Developer | Hybrid

Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for the Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS) platform
- Analyze business requirements and use a combination of engineering expertise and AI-assisted tools to design efficient, scalable solutions
- Configure NLS modules, including workflows, personalization, and custom functionality
- Design and implement loan templates, user-defined fields (UDFs), and business rule logic
- Develop, test, and deploy enhancements, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and code quality
- Troubleshoot system issues, using data analysis and intelligent tooling to identify root causes and drive resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions and improve processes
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement of development practices
- Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to enhance system performance and reporting capabilities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience working with Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS)
Strong development experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and T-SQL
Experience with Visual Studio 2022 or later and Microsoft web-based development tools
Solid foundation in object-oriented programming
Familiarity with RESTful web services and microservices architecture
Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
Experience leading technical initiatives and delivering end-to-end solutions
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to stakeholders
Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, and solution design
Qualifications
Ability to translate business requirements into technical design and scalable solutions
Strong SQL skills and understanding of database structures
