Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Administers radiopharmaceuticals
- Operates highly technical equipment
- Data acquisition and image processing in a filmless environment
- Performs supervisory duties in the absence of supervisor
- Assists supervisor as needed
Qualifications
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT)
- Certified by the state of Texas, Certified Medical Technologist (CMT)
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) required
- Two years' experience as a Nuclear Medicine technologist in a hospital environment preferred
- Demonstrated technical, verbal and teamwork skills required
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
