Lead Motion Designer

This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact in the Hospitality & Recreation space. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel motion projects from creative direction to delivery
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and stakeholders to ensure brand alignment
• Define and evolve motion principles and quality standards for projects
• Develop and guide storyboards, style frames, and final animations
• Present creative concepts and strategies to senior stakeholders clearly
• Build reusable motion templates and workflows to enhance team efficiency
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior motion designers and creative partners

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in motion design or a related creative discipline
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion craft, conceptual thinking, and visual storytelling
• Advanced grasp of motion principles such as timing, pacing, and visual hierarchy
• Proven experience leading projects from concept to final delivery including animations and visual effects
• Experience establishing or enhancing motion systems and production workflows for team efficiency
• Proficiency in motion design tools like Figma and Final Cut Pro; familiarity with AI-enabled tools
• Curiosity about AI tools and commitment to maintaining brand integrity

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
