Mixologist

• Provides hotel guests/patrons and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, following the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service.
• Affirms each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile.
• Has a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that all the details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.
• Works in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Engages guests about offerings behind the bar and offers interesting and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste, and preparation method.
• Prepares all signature and classic cocktails on the menu to the established standard from memory.
• Oversees inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining appropriate par levels for all beverage products and bar supplies.
• Conducts regular inventory counts and reconciles variances to minimize waste, loss, and product shortages.
• Keeps a working knowledge of all products served behind the bar and throughout the restaurant, inclusive of full food menu.
• Knowledge and ability to create house-made shrubs, bitters & shrubs required.
