As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you will serve others within your community in their time of need, make a difference for those affected by disasters, and take pride in completing projects such as mitigating flood and fire damage. You will demonstrate empathy and a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology.

Responsibilities

  • High-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Project Manager.
  • Use Docusketch for estimators and adjusters.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
  • Lead and assist other team members.

Requirements

  • Current IICRC WRT certification and FSRT (or) ASD Certification.
  • Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude.
  • Two years of experience as a technician in the restoration industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime if needed.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently.
  • Desire to continually learn new things.

Pay

Hourly pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour based on experience and certifications.

Employment offers are contingent upon satisfactory results of a background check and 10-panel drug screening. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the hiring location(s). Relocation assistance is not provided.
