Who You’ll Work With
You’ll be part of the North America Men’s Merchandising team, a group that connects consumer insight to product and marketplace execution. You’ll partner across Global Merchandising, Product Creation, Planning, and Brand Marketing while collaborating closely with Nike Direct and marketplace teams. This role reports into senior merchandising leadership and may guide junior teammates.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in merchandising, product creation, or retail (vertical or wholesale environment)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Experience in footwear, apparel, and/or equipment merchandising preferred
- Strong understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and profit-based metrics
