Major Responsibilities
- Execute a high-touch sales strategy to recruit conservative individuals/families level, focused heavily on the Grand Rapids area.
- Immediately activate your personal and professional networks to generate a consistent pipeline of warm referrals and new member leads.
- Spend the majority of your time "in the field," meeting daily with prospective members over coffee, lunch, or private dinners (including frequent evenings and weekends).
- Serve as a brand ambassador at exclusive events, speaker series, and political gatherings to identify and "hook" prospective leaders.
- Utilize data-driven tools to track prospects and move them from initial contact to joining of our growing network of individuals and families of purpose, ensuring a seamless onboarding into the organization.
Experience (Qualifications)
- 7+ years in high-ticket sales, private wealth management, political fundraising, or executive-level business development.
- Must reside in the Grand Rapids area with an established network of high-net-worth individuals/families.
- Able to work the hours where prospects are available—this includes high-visibility presence on evenings and weekends.

- Possesses an active, high-trust reputation, maintaining direct personal access to key influencers and high-net-worth stakeholders.
- An autonomous producer who thrives in a results-oriented environment where compensation is directly linked to membership acquisition and measurable growth.
Education
- Strongly prefer Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or University.
