Lead Medical Supply Technician (Sterile Processing)
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. First, summary: "The incumbent serves as Lead MST - SPS for Veterans Health Administration (VHA) - VISN 17 - VA North Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS) under the Associate Director for Patient Care Services. SPS provides support to the Medical Center - Bonham - Ft Worth Outpatient Clinic (FWOPC) - Garland and Tyler Outpatient Clinic." That's about the role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that in
. Qualifications: Basic Requirements: US citizenship, experience/education etc. Also certification none, English proficiency, grandfathering, grade determinations etc. Also Preferred Experience etc. Also Physical Requirements. We need sections: Requirements (maybe basic requirements), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (KSAs), Benefits (Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance), Pay (Competitive salary etc), Schedule (Work Schedule). Also maybe "About the role" as heading. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay: "Competitive salary and regular salary increases When setting pay - a higher step rate of the appropriate grade may be determined after consideration of higher or unique qualifications or special needs of the VA (Above Minimum Rate of the Grade)". That's specific enough. So include Pay. Schedule: "Work Schedule: (Night Shift) 11:30 pm - 8:00 am Sunday-Saturday - per the needs of the Service". That's specific. Benefits: Paid Time Off details, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance, Telework not available (but that's a negative; maybe we can include but it's not a benefit). We'll include those. Skills: KSAs: Ability to instruct staff, Skill in communicating, Skill in interpersonal relationships, Knowledge of sterility principles, Ability to lead individuals - manage priorities - and schedule work assignment. Also maybe "Duties" as Responsibilities. The duties list is long. We'll put under Responsibilities. Requirements: Basic Requirements (citizenship, experience/education, certification none, English proficiency, grandfathering, grade determinations). Also Physical Requirements. Qualifications: Preferred Experience etc. Could be separate "Qualifications" section for preferred qualifications. But we already have Requirements for basic. Might combine? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need separate Requirements and Qualifications sections. Requirements likely basic requirements. Qualifications likely preferred/experience etc. Thus: - About the role: summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: duties list (the long list under Duties). Use
- . - Requirements: basic requirements (citizenship, experience/education, certification none, English proficiency, grandfathering, grade determinations). Also maybe physical requirements? Could be part of Requirements. We'll include physical requirements under Requirements as list. - Qualifications: preferred experience (4 years experience as Sterile Processing Technician, accredited program, experience with reusable medical devices, leadership experience, certifications CRCST or CSPDT, advanced credentials CIS or CHL). Also maybe reference link? Could include as note. - Skills: KSAs list. - Benefits: Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance. Possibly also note Telework not available but that's not a benefit; we can omit. - Pay: competitive salary etc. - Schedule: work schedule. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must preserve all substantive information. Ensure we don't lose any detail. Let's extract details precisely. Could add a note under Benefits: Telework not available. However it's not a benefit; but we could still include as a bullet under Benefits for completeness. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Including Telework not available is thin. Might omit. We'll omit Telework.

These are not substantive? They are specific but maybe considered metadata. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." These are like incentives not authorized; could be considered minor metadata. We could drop them. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Are these substantive? They are about incentives not authorized; maybe considered minor metadata but still info. However they'd be under Benefits or maybe a separate section? There's no section for incentives. Could fold into Benefits as note: "Recruitment/Relocation incentives: Not Authorized". But that's not a benefit. Might be okay to include as a short paragraph under Benefits?
