Responsibilities

• Affirms patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Evaluates patient’s response and reports to responsible provider.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Performs therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including vital signs, minor treatments/procedures, prevention services, pre-visit planning, post-visit follow-up, and medication refills.
• Promotes, advocates, and collaborates to protect the health, safety, and rights of each patient.

Requirements

• High School Grad or Equivalent
• 3+ years of related work experience
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
• Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)

Qualifications

• Verbal interpersonal communication
• Customer relations proficiency
• Proficient in grammar and spelling
