Opportunities available in the heart of Dallas – we are seeking a Medical Assistant with a passion for service excellence to join our Family Medicine team in the Dallas area. The Medical Assistant (MA) supports family medicine providers in delivering high-quality patient care by performing both clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Location: South Dallas.
Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints
- Prepare patients for examination and assist providers during procedures
- Perform basic clinical tasks including injections, EKGs, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing as permitted by state regulations
- Administer medications and vaccines under provider direction
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Provide patient education and follow-up instructions
- Clean and stock exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant Certification
- Previous experience in family medicine, primary care, or outpatient clinic settings preferred
- BLS/CPR Certification up to date
- eClinicalWorks (EMR) experience preferred

- Bilingual in Spanish, Burmese, Pashto, Rohingya is a plus
