Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and integration of containerised fuel cell power systems
• Own container layout, structural design, mounting, piping, and access concepts
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary integration (electrical, control, thermal/HVAC)
• Project planning and coordination of tasks between various stakeholders
• Drive design reviews, DFMA, trade-offs, and design validation
• Ensure compliance with structural, safety, transport, and relevant standards
• Manage BOMs, drawings, and engineering change in PLM and guide the design team
• Work with suppliers and contractors on fabrication and assembly

Requirements

• MSc in mechanical engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 8-10 years of mechanical design experience, ideally with containerised systems, skids, enclosures, or plant
• Expert in 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks), with in-depth understanding of GD&T and DFM/DFA
• Experience with structural design, piping/fluid systems, and system integration
• Knowledge of relevant machinery, pressure, and transport standards (CE, ISO container)
• Proven leadership and coordination ability across disciplines
• Team player able to work autonomously with internal and external experts
• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory); French is a plus
