About the role

• Oversee the design and implementation of mechanical systems in complex manufacturing environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize machinery and equipment
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of mechanical engineering projects from concept through completion
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage the procurement and installation of new machinery and equipment
• Train and mentor junior engineers on best practices and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in mechanical engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of CAD software and mechanical design principles
