Lead Maximo Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Maximo technical administration and support.
• Design and implement integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
• Build integrations between Maximo and external enterprise systems.
• Develop automation scripts from scratch.
• Set up and configure WebSphere servers (beyond basic maintenance).
• Perform application development and programming.
• Create and maintain BIRT reports.
• Interact directly with business stakeholders; communicate technical solutions clearly.

Required Experience/Skills

• Strong technical administration/support experience in Maximo.
• Expertise in Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) architecture and design.
• Proven experience building Maximo integrations with external systems.
• Hands-on automation script development.
• WebSphere server setup/configuration (not just patching/maintenance).
• Application development/programming skills.
• Experience with databases and scripting (stored procedures, triggers).
• Prior experience leading technical teams/resources.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Experience with MAS 9.
• Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Boomi).
• Industry experience in transportation, logistics, energy, or asset-intensive environments.
• BIRT reporting experience.
