Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver ETL pipelines to process healthcare data.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Design, implement, and optimize data warehouse solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on data requirements.
• Apply machine learning and AI techniques in healthcare contexts (as applicable).
• Utilize additional cloud platforms and ETL tools as needed.

Requirements

• Cloud‑native data engineering experience with Snowflake, Azure, Matillion, and DBT ETL tools.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver ETL pipelines for healthcare data.
• Experience in data modeling for a Snowflake‑based data warehouse.
• Healthcare payor domain expertise, including data governance, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare‑related data processing.
• Leadership skills: ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements for healthcare data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing data warehouse solutions.
