About the role
The Logistic Team Leader manages their team’s activity and organizes their work to achieve defined objectives. As a line manager, they ensure the quality of work complies with internal processes, health and safety rules for goods and people, and customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Plans, manages, and controls teamwork, setting clear objectives and expectations.
- Communicates the roadmap and final goals, inspiring the team by demonstrating the value of their work.
- Establishes regular communication routines (e.g., briefings) to monitor and measure activity and objectives.
- Provides random and formal feedback (recognition, improvement, reframing) to support the team.
- Ensures all employees perform at the expected level, offering support or training as needed.
- Promotes process improvement and internal innovation, encouraging team participation.
- Scales workforce and equipment based on volume forecasts to meet performance requirements.
- Prioritizes operations according to field constraints and provides supervision.
- Maintains regular communication with the customer to coordinate specific requirements.
- Applies health and safety rules and procedures for ID Logistics and local regulations.
- Analyzes equipment checklists and ensures corrective actions are taken per defined procedures.
- Anticipates operational problems and proposes continuous improvement actions.
- Organizes the workplace in accordance with sector procedures and objectives.
- Verifies procedures and objectives are up to date and responds to audits as needed.
- Provides and monitors key performance indicators, ensuring continuity of information between the team, hierarchy, and internal partners.
- Analyzes and communicates deviations between planned and actual values, initiating corrective measures in coordination with operational management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must successfully complete post-hire assessments.
- Must obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g., OSHA, company-specific).
- Must wear personal protective equipment (e.g., protective footwear, eyewear, gloves) in accordance with safety policies.

Schedule
Wednesday – Saturday, 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM.
Pay
$24.00 per hour + $2.00 shift differential.
