Job Description
Management Responsibilities
- Plans, manages, and controls teamwork, defines clear rules with clear objectives and expectations.
- Communicates on the roadmap and the final goals, knows team members and their key motivations to inspire them.
- Sets up periodic routines for communication, monitoring, and measurement of activity and objectives.
- Encourages and supports the team by providing feedback, recognition, improvement, and reframing.
- Ensures all employees are at the expected level, provides support and/or training as needed.
- Promotes and supports process improvement, internal innovation programs, and collaborator participation.
General Activities
- Scales the workforce and equipment according to volume forecasts to plan operations.
- Prioritizes operations based on field constraints and provides supervision.
- Maintains regular communication with customers and coordinates specific requirements.
- Applies health and safety rules and procedures, analyzes equipment checklists, and takes corrective actions.
- Anticipates operational problems and proposes continuous improvement actions within their scope.
Audit and Quality Management
- Carrries out workplace organization in accordance with sector procedures.
- Verifies that procedures and objectives are up-to-date and responds to audits as necessary.
Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Provides and monitors key performance indicators, ensures information continuity between team, hierarchy, and internal partners.
- Analyzes and communicates deviations between planned and actual values, initiates appropriate corrective measures in coordination with operational management.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
- A-level to 2 years of study in higher education or equivalent through experience
- Training in transport, logistics, and management
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a team leadership function
