Lead MarTech Product Strategist, CJA

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive MarTech roadmaps that align with client business goals
• Lead complex projects involving Adobe Experience Cloud tools with minimal oversight
• Proactively identify client needs and potential challenges to create preventative strategies
• Ensure project deliveries focus on achieving measurable business results
• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams for cohesive delivery of complex initiatives
• Perform quality assurance checks and advocate for high standards within the team
• Continuously refine and document internal processes and knowledge management systems

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of expertise in marketing technology with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Cloud products, especially CJA and AEP
• Hands-on experience with Customer Journey Analytics implementation, workspace architecture, and data configurations
• Skilled in translating high-level strategic goals into actionable plans and project deliveries
• Professional ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in developing internal best practices, QA processes, or training programs
• Proven ability to lead project teams and drive cross-functional collaboration
• A proactive mindset with a penchant for critical thinking and problem-solving
