About the role
Location: San Antonio, TX 78221
Duration: 12‑month contract
Responsibilities
- Learn and embrace the Production & Logistics Way of working, cultural model, and operational methods.
- Participate actively in a cross‑functional support team (4‑6 members) to assist Operations with downtime resolution, problem solving, drawings, assembly processes, and continuous improvement.
- Engage in Operations Real‑Time Management (RTM) and Pulse meetings, cascading outcomes to Engineering RTMs.
- Develop, document, and maintain standardization documents such as PFMEA, SWI, OPL, Kaizen forms, and other process documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading and applying engineering drawings.
- Computer literacy with familiarity in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong skills in Excel, Minitab, or Power BI (highly preferred).
- Project management experience (highly preferred).
- Demonstrated record of excellent attendance, dependability, and safety; ability to lead by example.
Pay
$50‑$65 per hour
