THIS POSITION IS 5 DAYS A WEEK IN THE OFFICE IN NEW JERSEY YOU MUST BE IN THE OFFICE In this role, you'll take over the lead for cross-functional operations with diverse internal teams ranging from warehousing, supply chain, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and other departments ERP Lead implementation with vendors Monitor and report the progress of operational phases, achievement of milestones and communicate decision needs. Plan, direct, supervise and control the execution of all business operations, technical, fiscal and administrative functions. Based on thorough analyses, facilitate the evaluation and prioritization of projects Maintain standard operating procedures and work with logistics for order fulfillment Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure resource availability and allocation Manage staff, support audits, process improvements, work with sales and other departments Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and action logs, KPIS Organize and lead operational meetings and compile project status report to stakeholders and project team to drive deliverables to schedule and develop resolutions to mitigation risks/issues. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Lead operations executions to ensure standard Project Management best practices are employed Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Perform risk management to minimize project risks Safety, logistics, inventory control, cycle counts, warehousing, shipping, Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and preparation Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope Oversee all aspects of projects Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project Prepare operation reports for upper management regarding status of project Coordinate and direct all phases including RFP, order confirmations, sales orders, detailing, purchasing, production, delivery and installation Ensure products are engineered to customer specification Demonstrate technical manufacturing knowledge, which is considered a valuable asset for project execution and strategic planning Develop a project timeline for every project. Participate in prototype development and review process Advanced proficiency in Excel, and perform V-lookup functions, to analyze data effectively and support decision-making processes Monitor production of product through both physical review of work in process and through review of labor and costing report data Aid in development of corrective actions where needed Manage project margins effectively using specialized tools to ensure projects remain profitable and adhere to budget constraints Provide shipping instructions including verification of site off load conditions where applicable Facilitate and assist in the completion of customer inventory reports and their review Desired Skills and Experience NO REMOTE NO REMOTE NO REMOTE!
