Responsibilities

  • Performs imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis of disease and injuries and supports the general operation of the office.
  • Responsible for the daily clinical operations of their assigned centers.
  • Understands and promotes the Solis Way.
  • Performs mammography and/or assists with biopsies on an as needed basis.
  • Maintains confidentiality of patient and team member information 100% of the time.
  • Manages clinical team members on a daily basis ensuring compliance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Communicates team member coaching and counseling opportunities to the center director.
  • Participates in performance evaluation discussions on an annual basis.

  • Completion of formal radiologic technologic technology training program.
  • Understands and communicates medical terminology.
  • Current, non-restricted licensure in state of work location is required.
  • Current ARRT in Mammography certification or eligible to take advanced level exam with documentation of clinical experience.
  • Minimum of two years of healthcare industry experience with ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Current, non-restricted licensure in state of work location is required.
  • Current ARRT in Mammography certification or eligible to take advanced level exam with documentation of clinical experience.
  • Completion of formal radiologic technologic technology training program.
  • Minimum of two years of healthcare industry experience with ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
