Responsibilities
- Performs imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis of disease and injuries and supports the general operation of the office.
- Responsible for the daily clinical operations of their assigned centers.
- Understands and promotes the Solis Way.
- Performs mammography and/or assists with biopsies on an as needed basis.
- Maintains confidentiality of patient and team member information 100% of the time.
- Manages clinical team members on a daily basis ensuring compliance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Communicates team member coaching and counseling opportunities to the center director.
- Participates in performance evaluation discussions on an annual basis.

- Completion of formal radiologic technologic technology training program.
- Understands and communicates medical terminology.
- Current, non-restricted licensure in state of work location is required.
- Current ARRT in Mammography certification or eligible to take advanced level exam with documentation of clinical experience.
- Minimum of two years of healthcare industry experience with ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies preferred.
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Current, non-restricted licensure in state of work location is required.
- Current ARRT in Mammography certification or eligible to take advanced level exam with documentation of clinical experience.
- Completion of formal radiologic technologic technology training program.
- Minimum of two years of healthcare industry experience with ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies preferred.
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
