About the role
The Lead Mammography Tech is responsible for providing expert clinical care and leadership within the Imaging Services department.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating departmental activities
- Supervising staff
- Ensuring quality patient care

- Planning and delegating tasks
- Mentoring staff
- Maintaining safety standards

- Ensuring equipment readiness
- Handling patient and staff concerns

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Certifications in Basic or Advanced Life Support
- Appropriate state licensing and ARRT registrations for mammography and related modalities
- At least 5 years of imaging experience in an acute or ambulatory setting
- Technical proficiency and leadership abilities
