TAM Residential is seeking a Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining multifamily properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing asset value.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties
• Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely repairs
• Develop and implement property management strategies
• Conduct routine inspections and address safety concerns
• Manage tenant relations and lease renewals
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

• Knowledge of apartment leasing and management practices
• Experience with property management software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
