About the role
This is an onsite position at our Rancho Cordova office.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of maintenance, installation, and repair tasks across commercial properties.
- Ensure all building systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
- Support overall operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure (electrical, fire suppression, and HVAC equipment).
- Provide coverage of BMS alerts and notifications for critical infrastructure systems.
- Ensure vendor performance meets contractual and quality requirements.
- Build relationships and partnerships with facilities operations and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, inspections, and permits.
- Accurately log completed work and materials used.
- Follow all safety policies and help champion a safety-first mindset.
- Be available for occasional weekend projects and on call for emergencies.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
- Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical circuits, and plumbing principles.
- Certifications such as EPA Section 608 for refrigerants or Journeyman license are highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Participate in on-call rotation.

The annual salary/hourly wage for this position ranges between $60,000/$30.77 - $70,000/$35.90, depending on level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
