Lead Maintenance Technician (48346)

About the role

The Lead Maintenance Technician oversees facility maintenance and repairs to ensure the property is operating efficiently and appealing.

Responsibilities

• Address work orders and repair issues before they escalate
• Utilize technical certifications for HVAC, CPO for pools/spas, and other specialized training as needed
• Proactively maintain and clean resident amenities like pools and clubhouses
• Set a positive tone for work quality and safety
• Engage in difficult conversations with employees and residents
• Manage the Make-Ready board and ensure turnover work stays on schedule
• Ensure property grounds are maintained
• Handle emergency maintenance calls during on-call hours

Requirements

• Five-plus years of experience in property maintenance, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting
• One or more technical certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
• Valid driver's license
