About the role
The Lead Maintenance Technician oversees facility maintenance and repairs to ensure the property operates efficiently and maintains a high standard of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Address work orders and other repair and maintenance issues promptly to prevent escalation.
- Utilize technical certifications for HVAC, CPO for pools/spas, and other specialized training as needed.
- Proactively maintain resident amenities like pools and clubhouses.
- Lead by example, assisting other technicians and managing the Make-Ready board.
- Manage the property grounds and ensure turnover work stays on schedule.
- Engage in difficult conversations with employees and residents, seeking to understand and resolve issues.
- Ensure a safe working and living environment through proper handling of chemicals and adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in property maintenance, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
- One or more technical certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.
- Valid driver's license to operate company-owned vehicles or personal vehicles for work.

Pay
- Hourly rate provided in the job posting.
Schedule
- Full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional on-call hours and weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting and moving of items up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds.
- Standing for extended periods, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Performing tasks in various weather conditions and variable climates.
