Core Qualifications
- At least one (1) year previous Lead Machine Operator or Production Lead experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- SAP experience, not required
- Forklift/PIT experience, not required
Requirements
- Machine operating experience in a manufacturing, production, packaging, converting, food production, plastics, or similar industrial environment
- Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts
- Demonstrated leadership experience or the ability to lead and coach production teams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and productivity are top priorities
Shift Availability
Shifts are 7p-7a, 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, averaging 40 hours per week. Every other weekend off!
