Lead LPN/MA - Full Time

Role Overview This position is a lead nursing role working alongside the practice manager, responsible for providing patient care under supervision, managing medication refills, and assisting with treatments. Key Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to deliver quality patient care during clinic visits and phone consultations.Coordinate patient care, testing, and procedures with other departments.Maintain patient rights and ensure confidentiality of patient information.Ensure professional accountability during all patient interactions. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED, with graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.Current LPN license valid in the state of practice, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements.Preferred certifications may include BLS, IV Certification, ACLS/ALS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials.Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical duties including reaching, bending, and kneeling. Key Duties Assist with medication management, treatments, and patient procedures.Maintain professional standards and confidentiality.Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient support.
