The kitchen aims to deliver fresh, wholesome, and nostalgic meals to individuals, families, and groups. By using responsible and sustainable sourcing practices, they ensure that their food is grown as close to home as possible, minimizing the distance the flavors and nutrients need to travel from field to fork.
