Lead Line Cook
Who We're Inviting To The Table
We’re looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill (experience in multiple stations a plus!)
RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
- Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
The Perfect Pairing
- 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred)
- Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
- Passion for great food and quality presentation
- Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure
