About the role
We are seeking a passionate line cook who excels at time management and can deliver exceptional dining experiences to our clients. The restaurant is busy, requiring a skilled cook who can prepare meals accurately according to guest orders while maintaining consistency with our standard recipes. The ideal candidate should be proficient in multiple cooking techniques including poaching, braising, roasting, grilling, sautéing, and frying. They must also be a team player capable of communicating effectively with other kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals accurately according to guest orders
- Maintain consistency with standard recipes
- Work a variety of stations on any given shift
- Use cooking techniques such as poaching, braising, roasting, grilling, sautéing, and frying
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff
Requirements
