About the role

The Lead Licensed Clinician position at WSUDS offers a SIGN-ON BONUS. The Clinician I/II positions at Rapid Access Intake & Assessment also offer a SIGN-ON BONUS. The Lead Clinician I/II at Crest is eligible for a SIGN-ON BONUS. The Clinician I/II (Various Shifts) at North Campus is PART-TIME ONLY and offers a SIGN-ON BONUS. The Clinician I ACT Team (Vocational Specialist) at WSUDS is eligible for a SIGN-ON BONUS. The Clinician I/II-CSU PRN at Richmond is also eligible for a SIGN-ON BONUS.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to staff members
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Manage caseload and prioritize client needs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Licensed Clinical Professional in Virginia (LCPVT)
• Experience in mental health or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
