Lead, Legal Operations and Knowledge Management

For our client, we are seeking a Lead, Legal Operations and Knowledge Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will help shape the legal department’s operational framework and knowledge strategy in support of a fast-paced healthcare organization. You will lead efforts that improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and create scalable processes across the legal function. The position partners closely with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders to align legal operations with broader business priorities. It is well suited for a strategic operator who can bring structure, insight, and continuous improvement to a complex environment.
