Lead Legal Counsel

The Role

The Lead Legal Counsel at Moove AV will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s infrastructure and operational strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, AV, you will be responsible for:

• Building the physical backbone of the business through the negotiation of leases and charging agreements.
• Fueling the business with legal strategy for facility operations, including negotiation of construction and development matters.
• Bridging the gaps between various teams by managing relationships and ensuring legal strategy aligns with business realities.
• Directing outside counsel to secure world-class results while keeping costs under control.

Who You Are

• Juris Doctor & Bar Member: Active member in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.
• Experience: 6-8 years of experience in commercial real estate law, including commercial leasing, land use, and construction matters, as well as corporate and commercial law.
• Precise Negotiator: Detail-oriented with a collaborative approach to negotiations.
• Startup Athlete: Thrives in fast-paced environments, juggles priorities effectively, and works autonomously.
• Tech-Curious: Experience in automotive or AV space is a bonus.
• Global Perspective: International experience is a plus.
