About the role
Oversee specimen processing, documentation, and result management in a clinical laboratory setting. Operate laboratory equipment, ensure accurate specimen handling, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards such as OSHA and CLIA. Provide leadership by guiding team members, managing workflow, and stepping in for supervisors when needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in laboratory procedures
- At least one year of leadership experience
- Proficiency with computer systems
Qualifications
- BLS certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of laboratory systems and regulations (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment
