About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team. Our mission is to provide a fun, educational environment where children can develop confidence and skills through movement-based learning and imaginative play.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll train you)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
• Love having fun and playing like a child
• Love to make others feel good and enjoy working with children
• Help children become more confident and skilled every day
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout the day

Requirements

Qualifications

• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to maintain a positive and energetic attitude
• Experience in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful but not required
